Shipping & Delivery Policy — Alfa Mobile B.V.

1. Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday to Friday before 18:00 (6 PM) will be shipped the same day.

  • Orders placed after 18:00 or during weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Tracking details will be provided via email after dispatch.

Deliveries to remote areas and islands may take 1–2 days longer.


3. Transfer of Risk (B2B Only)

We supply exclusively to business customers (B2B).

Once the goods have been handed over to the carrier (e.g. UPS, DHL, PostNL), the risk of loss, damage or delay passes to the buyer.

Transport-related claims must be made directly with the shipping carrier.
Upon request, we will support you in filing and handling claims.

4. Delivery Area

We currently ship to all European countries.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us for a custom shipping quote.

5. Damaged or Missing Goods

If your shipment appears damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery, including photos where possible. We will assist you in addressing the issue with the carrier.
